Why Data Privacy Management Assessment (DPMA)?

By conducting DPMA, organizations can assess the current level of governance, readiness and compliance in context of Data Privacy. Organizations can also measure and identify current gaps in data privacy implementation. Organizations can plan appropriate activities to fill those gaps and focus on areas that need improvements

Leadership and Management Commitment

The Leadership and Management Commitment ensure organisation as a coherent organisation is moving in tandem to ensure that privacy management is effectively acculturated. Leadership will set the priorities and allocate resources to ensure the success of the privacy program. It will approve privacy policies to be enforced and provide the necessary means and environment for the policies to be operationalized.

Privacy Risk

Risk management on privacy which includes privacy risk assessment and privacy risk treatment are important processes that will make a difference between a balanced risk-managed organisation and one that spends too much or too little on privacy control measures.

Continual Improvement

Continuous improvement is the day-to-day improvement measures that can be undertaken to ensure quality service delivery. Continual improvement forces the actors (including incident inducers-hackers, penetration testers) to formally look at the processes and events, logs and issues on a periodic basis, say quarterly, and institute changes and improvements for operational effectiveness and optimisation
